Three ruffles are overlayed at the bottom of these pants, the last one is edged by a lace. The waist of these pants is smocked. The width of the bottom of the pants is adjustable with a ribbon to tie.

Cotton poplin is a fabric that contains a little elastane which makes it very comfortable.
